Promotion Requirements Member Criteria for becoming a Member are as follows.
Remain active at least one(1) hour a day(cumulative) for two(2) consecutive days.
Trusted Criteria for becoming a Trusted are as follows.
Be considered active as defined by the demotion criteria section for at least one(1) month.
Have at least one(1) class of any type to sixty(60).
Remain actively helpful to others in the FC and the server, this entails helping when others request it.
Recruit at least 1 individual to the FC that stays active for more than six(6) consecutive days.
Be in good standing with your membership (no unexcused lapses in activity, being those that are grounds for demotion or cause to be rendered inactive).
Crafter Criteria for becoming a Crafter are as follows.
Be considered active as defined by the demotion criteria section for more than one(1) week(7 days)
Have at least four(4) Disciple of the Hand classes to at least level fifty(50)
Crafters are the same slot as officer but do not retain the authority of an officer as such promotion to officer is possible from crafting rank at the discretion of the leadership.
Officer Criteria for becoming an Officer are as follows.
Be considered active as defined by the demotion criteria section for more than one(1) month(30 days)
Have at least four(4) of any class(DoW, DoM, DoH or DoL) to at least sixty(60) two(2) of which must be combat classes(DoW or DoM)
General Criteria for becoming a General are as follows.
Be considered active as defined by the demotion criteria section for more than three(3) months(90 days)
Have at least seven(7) of any class(DoW, DoM, DoH or DoL) to at least sixty(60) five(5) of which must be combat classes(DoW or DoM)
You must be certified as a mentor.
Generals are then appointed by the leader and co-leader by a unanimous decision
Kitten(Persistent char) and Alts are reserved for use by the staff of the FC. Note:All rank increases are subject to leader discretion.
After fifteen(15) days of inactivity, your rank will be decreased one(1) standing(officer>member, member>new recruit)
After twenty(20) days of inactivity, your rank will be reduced to Inactive rank.
Upon return on a case by case basis your rank will either be returned to the prior rank in the case of becoming inactive(officer>member>inactive>member) however in the event of medical leave or subscription lapse all ranks will be returned(again on a case by case basis)
In the event that membership at an inactive status interferes with new membership(no more room in FC) leadership may chose to release the member from the FC starting with the longest inactive member
Inactivity is defined as a period of absence(not logging in) for several days.
Returning to the FC after leaving Upon return to the FC a member will be returned to the rank "New Recruit" at which point their membership restarts day one, however penalties exist to deter the leaving and rejoining of the FC without reason.
First time. Upon return your penalty time is increased from the standard two(2) days to a full week(7 days).
Second time. Upon return your penalty time doubles from that of the first time to two weeks(14 days) and you may be barred from being advanced in rank beyond a certain point.
Third time. Upon return your penalty time is increased by another week(7 days) to total twenty-one(21) days and you are barred from promotion to trusted or officer.
If you chose to leave a fourth time leadership reserves the right to bar an individual from reentry into the FC.
(Barring can be lifted for standing service at the discretion of leadership) Note: If a member of the FC chooses to leave for a reason they share with the leadership or relay through a third party, this section does not apply.
